Do I need a Google Business Profile to use CrestWard?

Yes — Google Business Profile is the foundation. Without it, there are no Google reviews to manage. If you don't have one, it takes about 10 minutes to create at business.google.com. We'll walk you through it when you sign up. If you already have one, connecting it takes under 60 seconds.

How quickly will I see my reviews after connecting?

Within minutes. Once you connect your Google Business Profile, CrestWard pulls in your existing reviews immediately. You'll see your full review history, sentiment scores, and AI-drafted replies — all ready before you finish your first cup of chai.

Do I need to install an app or download anything?

Accepted Answer

No. CrestWard runs entirely in your browser. Your staff can access it on any phone, tablet, or desktop — no installation, no IT setup. Share the link, log in, done.

Can patients still leave a public Google review even if they're unhappy?

Accepted Answer

Always. Any patient can post on Google at any time. If your clinic turns on the Google option, every patient is asked the same question after sending feedback, whatever their rating, and we copy their words so posting is easy. With the option off, nobody is asked. Their feedback reaches your clinic team either way, so you can resolve a concern directly.

Will Google flag my profile for using CrestWard?

No. CrestWard complies with Google's review policies. We don't post fake reviews, we don't block negative reviews, and we don't manipulate ratings. We help you reply faster and collect more genuine feedback from your real patients. Google rewards active, responsive profiles — that's exactly what CrestWard helps you become.

Who actually posts the reply on Google — me or CrestWard?

Accepted Answer

You do. CrestWard drafts the reply using AI, but you review and approve every word before it goes live. Nothing is posted on your behalf without your action. Think of it as a very fast first draft — you stay in full control.

Question 7

How will the WhatsApp follow-up work?

Accepted Answer

It is not available yet. When it launches, your clinic adds a patient's number after the visit, with the patient's permission, and CrestWard sends one WhatsApp message that asks how the visit went, with a link to your feedback page. Today you can share that link yourself, or print the QR poster from Patient feedback.

Is sending WhatsApp messages to patients legal?

Accepted Answer

Only with the patient's permission. WhatsApp requires each patient to agree to messages from your clinic, by name. Indian data law (the SPDI Rules now, and the DPDP Act when its main duties start) requires you to say why you use the number, and to stop when the patient asks. When WhatsApp sending launches, CrestWard will send one message about one visit, asking how it went. It will never send offers or review reminders.

What if a patient doesn't want messages?

When WhatsApp sending launches, patients can reply STOP to any message and we remove them from your list permanently. We will handle opt-outs automatically — you will not need to track them manually.

Can my patients see each other's feedback?

Accepted Answer

No. Patient feedback is completely private. Only you and your clinic team can see what patients submit. We never share, aggregate, or publish private feedback anywhere.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

It's yours. You can export all your reviews, feedback, and analytics as a CSV or PDF before you leave. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind, then it's deleted. We don't hold your data hostage.

Is patient data secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We store data on Supabase (built on AWS infrastructure), which is SOC 2 compliant. Patient names and phone numbers are never shared with third parties. Our edge functions run in isolated Deno environments — your patient data never touches a shared server.

What's the difference between the Solo and Clinic plans?

Solo is for single practitioners — one doctor. Clinic supports up to 5 doctors, and you can filter reviews and analytics by doctor to compare feedback across your team. If you have more than one doctor, Clinic is the right fit.

Can I change my plan later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, anytime. Upgrade instantly from your account settings. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your billing cycle — you keep your current plan's features until then.

Do you offer a discount for paying yearly?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you get 2 months free when you pay annually. That's roughly a 17% saving. The price is locked for as long as you stay on the annual plan, so if we raise prices next year, your rate doesn't change.

We have 3 doctors. Which plan should we use?

Accepted Answer

The Clinic plan (₹2,999/mo) supports up to 5 doctors. Each doctor gets their own performance report so you can see which doctor is getting the best feedback — and which one needs a conversation. Patients can also select which doctor they visited when leaving feedback, so the data is accurate.

What if we grow past 5 doctors?

A 6th doctor moves you to the Hospital tier, which is custom-priced based on your volume and locations. Contact us and we'll put together a quote within 24 hours. Founding clinics who grow into Hospital tier get preferential rates.
